I have a genuine love for the city of Atlanta and the Buckhead community and have found that my favorite aspect of my business is interacting and serving the people who make up my community -- to see the city being shaped firsthand. My responsibility as a Realtor is more than just a job, it’s my passion. The opportunity to help people buy and sell homes in the great city where I grew up and know intimately is a joy… and for that I’m truly grateful.
Real estate is a local business and I take pride in my understanding that each neighborhood has its own specific flavor and feel. As part of the seventh generation lucky enough to call Atlanta home, I am part of a long tradition of city pride as well as being part of its growth and progress. I, personally, have lived in Chastain Park, Garden Hills, and currently, Peachtree Park... a few charming Buckhead neighborhoods, each giving me yet another perspective of everything this community has to offer.
I bring my enthusiasm, solid work ethic, and extensive insider’s knowledge of the area to every transaction as well as the support of Harry Norman, Realtors, Atlanta’s oldest and largest independent residential real estate company. I am committed to having a positive impact on those around me and building my business through referrals. Whether friend or family, client or colleague, everyone is treated with the respect and honesty.

“During our home-buying experience, we did not encounter anyone, in any field or profession, as resourceful, competent, and hard-working as Hannah. The next time we buy a house, or sell a house, or have any question in any way relating to houses or homeownership, we're calling Hannah. All in all, we spent eight intense weeks looking at houses for several hours every day, and while I know Hannah was balancing other equally demanding “house hunters," we felt the whole time as if we were her only clients. She made phone calls, set up appointments, answered our questions before they'd even occurred to us, and made the home-buying experience not only stress free, but fun. Plus, as a native Atlantan, she new the market, and had a real feel for the positives and potential negatives of each property, and the general character, of the various neighborhoods we had in mind. Whatever the area, she seemed to know every nook and cranny. She listened to us and understood our needs, and showed us properties that met those needs. If we hadn't found the perfect house in eight weeks, I think Hannah would've been happy looking for months on end. At no point did we feel any pressure, or any rush, and so when we decided on a house, we knew it was really our decision. Now, a year later, we feel confident saying it was also the right decision. We couldn't be happier - with our house, or with our realtor!” - Ryan & Dana Sample
