Heather Brecl offers her clients savvy marketing skills and an extensive, first-hand knowledge of Denver's suburbs. A Duke University graduate with a double major in Political Science and German and an experienced marketing professional, Heather provides passion and local knowledge to pair homes with the lifestyles of her clients.
Living in Highlands Ranch for almost 20 years, Heather can quickly suggest the communities that have the features and amenities her clients seek. Raising three teenagers who are involved in various activities, she has a unique insight into schools, sport options, cultural experiences and proximity to local activities.
“Finding the right home for a busy household is best done with hands-on knowledge and a specific understanding what their lifestyle is about. Inventory is low in the suburban market today, so moving quickly is important. Choosing homes that keep the drive times short, offer great school options and a low-maintenance way of living is key for today’s buyer,” Heather explains. “Because I live where I work, I know specifics about communities that can’t always be found online.”
Fluent in Slovenian and skilled in German, Heather uses her well-traveled world view to help those new to the area and United States understand community options in order to make the best housing choices. Through her excellent listening skills and passion for the area, Heather applies client “must-haves” to current inventory to find options that fit within budget and timing requirements.
A devoted supporter of the arts, Heather continues to be involved in philanthropy and her community. Her involvement with Central City Opera and other non-profits has been an important and rewarding part of her life, and she plans to continue these efforts through LIV|Sotheby’s.
