Barry Moerschell has a love of the outdoors and is passionate about helping others find the ideal property for their needs, whether that is a recreational getaway, a working ranch for income generation, or a place to call home. Having lived in North Texas and enjoyed spending time on the family farm for most of his life, Barry is very familiar with the rural areas surrounding the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and all they have to offer. Barry received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and thereafter returned to Dallas to attend the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he received his J.D. He has over 11 years of experience as a practicing attorney with a primary emphasis on corporate transactions. As such, Barry brings a unique background and perspective to the real estate world that serves to benefit his clients in the buying and selling process. Barry understands that the purchase or sale of real estate is a significant event in a person's life for a multitude of reasons, and that the utmost care and diligence must be taken in finding a buyer the right property, for the right purpose, for the right price, and in helping a seller transition to a new chapter in life. With that perspective, Barry knows that it is of paramount importance to learn and understand all of his clients' needs as the gateway to providing the best possible representation. Barry resides in Frisco with his wife, Jill, and their three children. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and doing just about anything (fishing with his children being at the top of the list) that gets him outdoors.
