Nicole Koeijmans graduated from Texas A&M University and started her career as a sales representative and showroom manager for a women's wholesale clothing line. During these years, Nicole learned the importance of customer service and built strong client relationships. Now as a real estate agent, Nicole recognizes that her number one priority is you, the client. Nicole was born and raised in Dallas with parents who are both involved in real estate and has learned all about the residential real estate industry from her mom, Shelley Koeijmans, who is a multi million-dollar producer for Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty. Nicole and Shelley teamed up together in 2014 to bring their passion for real estate to all of their clients. Together, Nicole and Shelley are willing to go above and beyond for all clients' wishes and needs to make each transaction as seamless as possible. As they like to say "good things come in pairs." From North Dallas to downtown, from Park Cities to Lakewood, Nicole knows Dallas like the back of her hand. She is able to help newcomers sort out the best area of town for their needs, as well as, assisting long time Dallas residents find the perfect home for themselves and their families. Nicole studies the value of each property and knows exactly what and when things are coming on the market. She loves to be ahead of the game and learn as much as possible about anything and everything real estate. Mostly, Nicole recognizes that not only is buying a house one of the largest financial investments you will ever make, but she also understands the emotional aspect of buying and selling a home and truly loves to be apart of the transition every step of the way. Nicole feels honored to walk into each listing client's home and treats each house as if it were her own. Nicole is highly active with Big Brothers/Big Sisters and loves to hang out with her "little sister" as much as possible. She is a big time Aggie supporter and enjoys cheering on the Aggie football team at Kyle Field in College Station. She is also involved with her high school, Ursuline Academy of Dallas and loves to get together with her Kappa Kappa Gamma sisters whenever possible.
