Sam Kincaid joined Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty in June 2013 and currently works alongside Tom Hughes. Prior to working with Tom, Sam served as a member of the Claire Dewar Team, which was named the top producing team in 2013 closing over $83 Million in total transactions. In 2014 the Claire Dewar Team closed over $90 Million in total transactions. The experience of working alongside Claire Dewar enabled Sam to learn the best negotiation skills and market knowledge possible, allowing for the strongest transactions on behalf of clients. During Sam's first year in the industry he was awarded both the D Magazine Top Producers and Best Real Estate Agents designations for 2014. Sam specializes in marketing homes in Dallas' best neighborhoods, including the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Bluffview, Devonshire, Greenway Parks and Turtle Creek. Sam also possesses deep knowledge of many other Dallas neighborhoods including the M Streets and Lakewood. He is dedicated to helping a buyer identify and purchase the ideal property. Sam's ultimate goal is developing a strong personal relationship with his clients while providing first class service and unparalleled results. After Highland Park High School, Sam enrolled at Texas Christian University and graduated with a BA in History and a minor in Political Science. With lifelong friends and business contacts in both the Dallas and Fort Worth communities, Sam has developed an extensive network of relationships throughout the Metroplex. Prior to joining Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty, Sam worked in the commercial real estate sector, specializing in the representation of local and national clients in the acquisition, negotiation and disposition of office space. He performed all aspects of corporate representation, including analysis, strategic planning, market research and site evaluation and selection. Sam brings a standard of professionalism and a unique insight to both the commercial and residential real estate sectors and was awarded the D CEO Best Commercial Real Estate Brokers designation in 2009. Sam currently lives in North Dallas with his soft wheaten terrier Randolph.
