WHAT I BRING TO YOU Honestly I just love Dallas! I grew up here, attended local schools, and have lived in my Preston Hollow neighborhood since 1970. My husband, Joe, and I have built and lived in many of our own homes here so selling and understanding Dallas real estate comes naturally to me. I have a knack for tailoring clients' lifestyle, budget and personal style to the ideal home and location. Dallas real estate has been my passion for the past 35 years. For ten years, I held the position of office manager at Briggs Freeman Real Estate Brokerage, assisting the agents in their sales endeavors. This experience helped me to understand residential real estate from the inside out. My husband and I own Superior Interests, Inc., an exclusive, residential home building company. Together we have designed, built, and decorated numerous custom homes in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, North Dallas, and Carrollton/Farmers Branch neighborhoods. We have also built custom properties in Colorado and East Texas. I attended Southern Methodist University and the University of Texas at Arlington. Commitment to the community is important to me, and I enjoy being active in numerous civic, charitable, and social organizations. Friends describe me as warm, friendly, and outgoing. My friends and family are my most valuable possessions. BACKGROUND THAT WORKS FOR YOU Raised in Dallas by native Dallas parents with strong Christian values I have designed and decorated many custom homes, so I know and recognize quality craftsmanship and construction Clients often request my opinion and help with investment properties. My children were educated in Dallas, and my grandchildren attend Dallas schools, so I can help clients sort through school options. My long term experience offers clients valuable foresight into the Dallas market. RESULTS Selling nearly 1,000 homes may seem daunting, but for me, each of those transactions represents a problem solved, a friend made, and an experience to be learned from. I am committed to my clients and willing to persevere to make each transaction work. More than that, though, if a transaction doesn't work, I will be back at it the next day looking for another opportunity to satisfy my client. When you walk away from our transaction, I know you will look back and say, Wow, that was fun!
