Since August 2009, Bill Churchill has assisted Top Producer Claire Dewar with all facets of the high end residential real estate business and has contributed to over $143,000,000 worth of team sales. The strengths Bill brings to the Claire Dewar team are his excellent qualitative analysis and his understanding of contracts, negotiations, property condition, inspection reports and acquiring repair bids, dealing with the city on complex zoning issues, and short sales. Bill joined Briggs Freeman Sotheby's in January of 2006 and his experience includes serving as on-site sales manager for One Arts Plaza, as well as assisting several of his own clients meet their real estate needs. Prior to that, Bill worked for another Dallas boutique residential real estate company since obtaining his license in early 2003. A natural in the industry, Bill was a multi-million dollar producer in his first year of residential real estate and was named an Up and Comer in D Magazine's 2004 annual Realtor issue. He has been active in Preservation Dallas, the Dallas Museum or Art Junior Associates, and served as an Advisory Board Member to Forward Dallas! Comprehensive Plan. He helped found a crime watch in his Midway Hollow neighborhood and he is also very active with the St. Monica School Dads' Club. He is most familiar with neighborhoods where the Claire Dewar Team has a strong presence including Greenway Parks, Devonshire, Bluffview, Preston Hollow, Park Cities, and Turtle Creek but has also experience in many other Dallas neighborhoods. Raised in Dallas, Bill graduated from Cistercian Preparatory School and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University and his MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University. Bill also has four years commercial real estate experience before diving into residential real estate in 2003. He currently resides in Midway Hollow in Dallas with his wife, Apryl, who is currently the Public Relations Manager at Neiman Marcus NorthPark, and his seven year old daughter, Chamberlain.
