An Oregon native, Nicoletta Marchesi Bean always knew she wanted to live in the Lone Star State. Texas, after all, is the center of the horse world. Nicoletta actively competes as a barrel racer, and knew that if she wanted to be more competitive she would have to move to Texas. Her decision to attend Texas Christian University proved to be the right one. Nicoletta fell in love with Fort Worth while earning her degree in Entrepreneurial Management from TCU's Neeley School of Business. "Fort Worth was the perfect fit for me. It combines everything I value in the place I wanted to put down my roots. It has that small town feel I grew up with, all the amenities of a big city, and the cowboy culture you would expect to find in Texas." After graduation, she knew she wanted to immediately jump into the real estate business. Real estate runs in her blood, three generations deep, and helping others find the perfect home came naturally to Nicoletta. In her first year of real estate she earned the coveted Rookie of the Year award. She credits her early success to loving where she lives and her strong passion for helping people achieve their dreams. Nicoletta's energy and enthusiasm for real estate drive her proven track record for success. Her attention to detail and savvy negotiating skills make her a trusted advisor to her clients. Earning their repeat business and referrals is her ultimate goal, and she continuously strives to exceed their expectations. She loves getting to know clients and finding them the perfect home to fit their lifestyle. Purchasing or selling a home is one of the biggest financial transactions of most peoples' lives. Nicoletta does not take this fact lightly. She expertly guides her clients through each step of the process, and continues to be there for them after closing. Nicoletta is always available to answer questions and give guidance. She knows the importance of following real estate trends and keeping her clients in the know. "The more information they have, the more confident they can be in their decisions. It is my job to provide them with all the information they need." Should an issue arise, Nicoletta prides herself on her ability to think outside of the box and keep the lines of communication open. Nicoletta and her husband Jason live in Aledo with their three dogs, eight horses and miniature donkey. She is active in her community, and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors and Greater Metro West Association of Realtors.
