"Home is an invention on which no one has yet improved."
Alex Danneberg understands the power of home and the comfort and security that it provides. As a 5th generation Colorado native, she has a deep love for Colorado and the beauty, sport and variety it presents. Alex fell in love with Boulder while attending the University of Colorado where she earned a Business/Finance degree with an emphasis in Real Estate. Thanks to her past work experience, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge and a well-rounded understanding of the real estate transaction. Not only has she worked for a title insurance company, where she learned the ins and outs of real estate regulations, but she also had a year long stint at a real estate company that focused on equestrian properties and is familiar with water rights and conservation easements.
Alex's emphasis is customer service. She understands that buying or selling a home can be a stressful proposition and therefore offers the support, patience and non-biased advice that will help her buyers and sellers navigate the ups and downs of the process.
What Alex’s client’s are saying:
Alex is a phenomenal realtor. She is knowledgeable about the Boulder County market and the complex process of buying a home. Alex is organized, friendly, responsive and prompt. She was supportive throughout the home buying process (which was of course nerve-racking at times). Alex's attentiveness to detail is impeccable and she never let anything fall through the cracks. I was impressed by Alex's ability to follow every thread from negotiations, to local and state laws, to seemingly endless rounds of Amend/ Extend contracts, etc. Alex definitely made us feel that we were in good hands every step of the way, plus she makes you feel good. She is smart and sharp and I would recommend her to anyone who is serious about finding a great house. I have no reservations about recommending Alex Danneberg!
Our property was located in an area properties had not been selling but Alex took that as a challenge. Her skills and ability to negotiation made all the difference. She could not have been more skilled or easier to work with.
