There's a reason why Dena Pastorini is known as "Downtown Dena". Few people know Downtown Denver real estate better than Dena Pastorini. A fourteen-year resident of Downtown Denver, Dena's knowledge of the Downtown Denver real estate market and her enthusiasm for the city's offerings are unmatched. Whether it is the redevelopment of Union Station, rezoning in LoHi, or a new restaurant in LoDo, nothing gets past Dena. This intimate knowledge of Downtown Denver and the adjacent city-close neighborhoods is why sellers and buyers seek her out for their real estate needs.
NEW PROJECTS EXPERT
Dena was one of the first residents of the vibrant Riverfront Park neighborhood, the award-winning multi-use development along Commons Park below Union Station. There, she worked for the neighborhood developer, East West Partners, selling real estate in one of Denver's most sought after neighborhoods. After her first year in sales, Dena was awarded the Silver Rookie of the Year Award by the Colorado Home Builders Association. Since that time, she continues to succeed as a top producer in Riverfront Park, participating in over $500 million in new development sales from 2000 to 2010. EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
In 2011, Dena expanded her scope to include all Central Denver neighborhoods, becoming one of Denver's top producers, participating in approximately $50 million in real estate sales. To maintain her successful business, Alicia Cavallaro, has worked as Dena's executive assistant since 2013, providing administrative support to the leading broker. In 2015, Dena begins a new venture working as a broker at LIV Sotheby's International Realty, where she will continue her status as Downtown Denver's local expert, now with a global reach.
LIVING THE LIFESTYLE
Originally from Houston, Texas, Dena earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Houston where she graduated magna cum laude. She moved to Colorado in 1991, where she lived and worked in the luxury mountain community of the Vail Valley. Her professional accomplishments include ownership of her own health and fitness business, producer of a nationally syndicated television series, on-air television personality, and status as a top producing, 14-year broker in Downtown Denver real estate. Dena is active with several charitable and cultural organizations including the Denver Art Museum, Project Angel Heart, the Denver Rescue Mission, CultureHaus, and the Museum of Contemporary Art. When she's not selling real estate, Dena enjoys skiing, theatre, music, and the arts- and of course, living and working in Downtown Denver.
