Originally from New York, Quinn moved to Park City in 1981, at the age of eleven. Park City was a much smaller community in 1981; that fall Quinn attended Carl Winters Middle School in Old Town Park City- now a restored, historic building and home to Park City’s Library. Quinn graduated from Park City High School in 1988, along with 90 classmates- compared to over 400 in 2020’s graduating class.
Quinn has been a full time, licensed real estate agent in Park City since 2001, and has assisted clients with real estate purchases and sales in every Park City and Deer Valley neighborhood, in every price range.
Prior to 2001, Quinn gained valuable customer service experience while working at the Stein Eriksen Lodge for over 10 years. During the last few years at the lodge, Quinn was one of the managers in Catering Services- which included expediting high end, detail-oriented events. This experience and attention to detail carried over to helping clients calmly navigate the purchase or sale of their property, and usually their most valuable asset.
In 2015, with 14 years of experience as a sales agent, Quinn accepted an offer to become affiliated with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in Park City. Driving the decision to join Summit Sotheby’s was Quinn’s recognition that Sotheby’s- both locally and globally- was creating and implementing higher standards of quality and raising the bar for their client’s experiences.

When not assisting clients, Quinn enjoys skiing, exploring Park City’s trails, frequent visits to Southern Utah, and volunteers as a docent at the Park City Museum- where there’s plenty of opportunity to speak with curious visitors about Park City’s history, culture and lifestyle.

We first met Quinn over the phone through his web site. He listened to us as we explained what type of home we were searching for in Park City and how we were planning to use the home. He made reasonable suggestions, sent some information on different houses to improve the accuracy of the search, and was completely prepared when we arrived on site. He fine tuned the search criteria after seeing some homes the first day and had no difficulty pinpointing additional prospective properties, one of which we purchased the next day. We have been extremely happy with the home which was one which was not even on our initial search list.
Quinn facilitated an introduction with a local mortgage company and to some vetted contractors to help us take ownership of this home as out of state owners. He even went back to make sure the work by the contractors was completed and let them in for construction appointments.
