Whitney Olch is the real deal. For nearly 15 years, she’s been working full time as a real estate agent in Park City. She has handled nearly $500 million in local real estate transactions, and shepherded over 300 deals through to successful closings. Clients praise Whitney for her nuanced knowledge of the local market, her candor, and her strategic attention to detail.
Before going out on her own, Whitney was part of a highly lauded team helmed by the top agent in Utah. Consequently, she knows how to work successfully with others and considers her clients to be true partners. In the past two years, she has sold 36 residences at The Montage Deer Valley. Having built and remodeled several times herself, Whitney is well attuned to the rhythms and particular needs of remodel and new construction transactions.
Whitney is rarer than a June powder day in that she was born and raised in Park City and can remember not just the evolution of the real estate market here, but also of the community itself. After graduating from Trinity College in Connecticut and working in Los Angeles, Whitney traveled all over the world, from Cape Town to Courchavel, and from Peru to Paris. While the desire to explore new places and cultures remains strong in Whitney, she returned to her hometown intending to dig in. And that she has.
Civic engagement was instilled early in Whitney; her father served for 12 years as mayor of Park City. Today, Whitney serves on the board of the Park City Community Foundation, spearheading efforts like the annual Live PC Give PC event, which benefits the entire non-profit community. She also supports independent media by serving on the board of KPCW radio. Whitney is the chair of Sotheby’s Cares, which now has 100% agent participation and has granted over $650,000 to charity.
Whitney is proud to be raising her two young children in the place she has always known and loved. She loves helping other families find their homes in Park City, too.
