Lonnie was born in Los Angeles and graduated from William Howard Taft High School in Woodland Hills. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications at CSUN. Lonnie has in-depth knowledge of the San Fernando and Conejo Valleys. He is a proven expert in evaluating and marketing a property to suit the needs of each owner. In 2003 and 2004 Lonnie earned Coldwell Banker’s prestigious Diamond Club Award for sales performance. While with Prudential California, Lonnie earned the 2006 Honor Award for top sales performance and was consistently recognized as a top sales agent.
