Susan Freeland

Susan has lived and worked on the Monterey Peninsula since 1985, and became a licensed broker in 2001. An attorney by education, a marketing, business and finance professional by experience, Susan brings a solid mix of expertise to each client transaction. With a BA degree from Colorado College, she earned her JD degree from Monterey College of Law.

Professional affiliations include membership in the California and Monterey County Bar Associations, founding directorship of 1st Capital Bank, past president of the Rotary Club of Monterey, Monterey History and Art Association, and CSUMB Planned Giving Advisory Council. She was recently appointed as chair of the Carmel Valley Manor Foundation.

Susan has also served on the boards of Monterey County Symphony, Action Council for Monterey County, York School, and in an advisory role for Naval Postgraduate School Foundation, Boys and Girls Club of Monterey County, and Carmel Foundation.
