I spent 25 successful years in Silicon Valley founding and running Elrepco, Inc., an electronics manufacturers’ representatives company. We represented global companies such as Toshiba Semiconductor, General Electric, Vishay and Intersil. I always have and will continue to offer the best and most attentive services to my clients.

Having now been in real estate for 8 years, I know that a common misconception among the public is that all real estate agents add the same amount of value and service to their clients.  There is a portion of people who think there is no difference from one agent to the next.  My goal is to erase that misconception. I make it a personal goal for my clients to see the quality and the substance that differentiate me from the other agents on a daily basis.  While it is true that ultimately we all help buy and sell real estate, there are so many other factors that take place throughout a transaction. I believe my abilities to communicate and listen, coupled with my extreme accessibility  allow for my clients and me to have a long term mutually beneficial relationship.

Residential sales agent. Focusing on high end residential properties in Carmel and Pebble Beach, Califonia. Customer base came mostly from Silicon Valley where I spent over 25 years cultivating relationships.

2004-2006 Sales VP, Hyperion Development Inc., Miami, Florida

Managed sales for Developer. Two highrise condominium projects. One 36 story, 335 unit building. Another, 60 story, 515 unit building. The two buildings have won architectural and design acclaim. Both buildings were successfully sold out and the sales process completed.
