LeNoir Medlock

A broker since 1996 for Preferred Properties, LeNoir grew up in Asheville and returned from South Carolina after graduate school at Converse College. After several years as a school teacher, LeNoir joined Preferred Properties and has been a consistent Top Producer with over $50 million in real estate sales. In addition to being a mother, and an active community volunteer, LeNoir is a certified Eco Broker with special education in green building practices, a sustaining advisor for the Junior League of Asheville, an elder in the Presbyterian church and a passionate advocate for women and children in the Asheville community.
