POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NEW JERSEY (December 20, 2010) – During Diane Turton, Realtors’ sixth annual Turton Giving Tree project, the company collected unwrapped toys and gifts for local children who are in need as well as monetary donations that will go towards feeding needy families in the area.
Giving trees” were placed in each of the company’s sales offices throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties. The trees were decorated with ornaments containing information about gifts that children have requested this holiday season. Gifts were then collected from the general public as well as from Diane Turton, Realtors’ agents, managers and staff and given to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ocean County.

Bottom line, the people visiting the site are spending more time on the site every time they visit. Aspen, Colorado. Throughout the summer months of 2010, non-profit organizations publicized their community messages and activities in a tent donated by Mason Morse Real Estate at the weekly Aspen Saturday Market.
Mason Morse donated their tent and location at no charge to non-profits. The firm also promoted each non-profit in their Mason Morse Insert wrapped around the Aspen Times on Fridays, and displayed the non-profit of the week on a sandwich sign located on the front stoop of its Aspen office. Non profit organizations raised funds, recruited volunteers, spread their messages or promoted their respective organizations.

Rodeo Realty Opening New Office on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood

Bel-Air, Calif.) Rodeo Realty, one of the largest independently-owned residential real estate firms in California, has leased approx. 9,000 square feet of space for a new office on the iconic Sunset Strip of West Hollywood, California.
The office is located at 9200 Sunset Blvd. Suite 200, West Hollywood 90069, and Rodeo plans on opening the branch in January 2011. It will house approximately 100 real estate agents, and the company is currently hiring experienced Westside agents to work out of the space.

ASPEN — Mason Morse Real Estate and Dancing Bear Residences in Aspen are teaming up with the Shining Stars Foundation to coordinate a Holiday Toy Drive to benefit kids with cancer and their families.
This is the first ever toy drive for the Shining Stars Foundation. The toys will be given to children who spend countless hours undergoing treatment in the hospital, and their families who devote every waking hour to their child’s mental, physical and emotional well-being.
