Southington, CT- The Aqua Turf Banquet Hall in Southington, CT was arranged in a glittering display on Tuesday, November 9th, for the 2010 Home Building Industry (HOBI) Awards. The annual black tie event and dinner, sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Connecticut, offered recognition to builders, remodelers and members of the housing industry for excellence in design, marketing, home-staging and energy efficient technology in the home. The New Homes Division of William Raveis Real Estate was honored with three awards in Sales & Marketing, the most accolades given to a company in any one of the categories.
The Sales and Marketing Team of The New Homes Division were recognized for their exemplary efforts to market new construction. Maureen Goff, New Homes Sales Director and agent at William Raveis Middletown, was awarded “New Home Salesperson of the Year” for The Willows, a beautiful community of homes in Wallingford, CT. The New Homes Division also won “Outstanding Marketing in New Haven County” for its marketing of The Willows, using a creative combination of social media, print advertising, monthly e-blasts and quarterly newsletters to generate interest in and sales of units within the community. In addition, The New Homes Division was awarded “Best Sales Brochure” for a piece displaying the charming elegance of Breakwater Bay, a luxury waterfront complex just a mile and a half from downtown New Haven. Steven Csejka, Vice President of Marketing for William Raveis, created the unique display, highlighting the fine details of Breakwater Bay units, while paying homage to the many sights and sounds of New Haven.
