Resources Real Estate Presents Sales Associates with December Awards

SHREWSBURY, NJ - Resources Real Estate presented several sales associates with company awards to honor their outstanding achievements during the month of December 2018. Allison GregoryThe company meeting took place on January 9th at the Resources Real Estate Corporate and Training Center in Shrewsbury, NJ.

Sales associate Allison Gregory, who works in the Red Bank office, was named Agent of the Month. This award is given to an agent in recognition of having top sales success in the previous month, including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as past client recognition of their efforts, and other business-building activities. Tammy Brindise In addition, Allison was named Top Listing Agent for having the greatest number of new listings.

The Featured Luxury Agent Award was presented to sales associate Tammy Brindise from the Rumson office. This recognition is given to a sales associate active in the luxury market with a residential listing or sale above $1 million. Tammy currently has three properties listed for $1million or more.

Danielle JacksonThe Rainmaker Award was presented to sales associate Danielle Jackson from the Atlantic Highlands office, an honor bestowed on a sales associate for his or her effort to build their business in an innovative or otherwise significant way. Danielle, who has only been in real estate for three months, has been actively pursuing new business and following the guidance of her coach and manager, Mary Lynn Hughes. Virginia “Ginny” McKiernan Her hard work and focus have already resulted in one closed sale.

Sales associate Virginia “Ginny” McKiernan from the Atlantic Highlands office was presented with the Perseverance Award, an honor given to an agent who closes a transaction despite great challenges. Ginny overcame many obstacles towards a successful Eleanor “Trish” Collings closing involving multiple properties, several which had inspection and other issues.

The Significant Sale Award went to sales associate Eleanor “Trish” Collings from the Rumson office for the $2,475,000 sales of the six-bedroom, four-bathroom house on 14 Auldwood Ln in Rumson.

Judy Horan Sales associate Judy Horan from the Rumson office received the Team Spirit Award. Judy was nominated by Helen George, Manager of the Monmouth Beach office, for assisting with holiday gift giving for the administrative support staff.

The Rookie of the Year Award was presented to sales associate Shannon Tellechea from the Monmouth Beach office, Shannon Tellechea who successfully closed the most transactions for an agent with less than 12 months in business.
