ASPEN, CO – Coldwell Banker Mason Morse Real Estate, the #1 independently owned and operated Coldwell Banker office in Colorado, proudly announces that Broker Associate Carrie Wells has been selected as a Global Luxury ambassador representing Coldwell Banker worldwide. Wells will represent the Global Luxury Program as part of an elite 12-member group of associates, traveling and educating new Global Luxury Property Specialists about the program’s platform through a comprehensive certification course.
Wells is one of just six hand-selected ambassadors chosen to represent the United States
To qualify for the program, Global Luxury ambassadors are required to maintain sales levels in the top 5 percent average sales price of their local markets. Ranked within the top 1 percent of real estate sales nationally for the past 21 years and the No. 1 agent in Colorado for Coldwell Banker, Wells was hand-selected as one of just six ambassadors to represent the United States in the program.
“Carrie's commitment to the highest levels of luxury real estate have demonstrated extraordinary success year after year, serving as an example of the values held at the firm,” said Will Herndon, President of Coldwell Banker Mason Morse. “This well-deserved designation as one of six Global Luxury ambassadors in the U.S. is a great accomplishment, and we congratulate her for the work she does.”
Carrie Wells is one of Aspen’s most prominent brokers. With over two decades of real estate experience, Wells has consistently been in the top 10 for adjusted gross commission for Coldwell Banker worldwide for the past 18 years and was announced in the top 100 real estate professionals nationally by REAL Trends as seen in The Wall Street Journal. She is the top producing agent for Coldwell Banker’s Aspen office and holds both G.R.I. (Graduate Realtor® Institute) and CRS designations, often speaking at real estate lectures and conferences.
Wells realizes her accomplishments come from the community she serves, giving back to organizations such as the Aspen Country Day School, acting as a board member for the Aspen Community Foundation and serving as a trustee of the Aspen Music Festival and School.
