The January 1 acquisition continues the extension of Elite Pacific Properties’ reach and depth across the islands, bringing an additional 66 vacation rentals, 41 long term rentals and 10 estates under its management, and an additional six Big Island-based staff.

As part of the acquisition, Anton Steenman, Boundless Hawaii’s Partner for Corporate Development and Strategy, moved to Elite Pacific Properties in November of 2018 to become its President.
