Elite Pacific Properties logoOAHU, HI — Elite Pacific Properties, one of Hawaii’s highest volume luxury brokerage, vacation rental and property management firms, today announced its acquisition of Boundless Hawaii, one of the Big Island’s leading vacation home and property management companies.

The January 1 acquisition continues the extension of Elite Pacific Properties’ reach and depth across the islands, bringing an additional 66 vacation rentals, 41 long term rentals and 10 estates under its management, and an additional six Big Island-based staff.

“Boundless Hawaii adds not only enterprise-grade property management systems and concierge-level service to our Big Island client offering, it brings with it a new level of digital marketing and data-based decision making that amplify Elite Pacific Properties’ continued emphasis on leveraging online technologies,” said Paul Mayer, Founder and Managing Partner, Elite Pacific Properties. “This acquisition adds an extraordinary team and roughly doubles our Vacation Rental and Property Management business on the Big Island. We’re very pleased that such a successful and fast-growing company chose to become a part of Elite Pacific.”

With over 30 years of experience in tourism and executive management, the Boundless Hawaii team has parlayed smart tech-led guest acquisition via the latest digital marketing, social media and channel strategies into consistent investment returns for their vacation home owners.

As part of the acquisition, Anton Steenman, Boundless Hawaii’s Partner for Corporate Development and Strategy, moved to Elite Pacific Properties in November of 2018 to become its President.

“At Boundless Hawaii, our personal and online services make our property owners 4,000 miles away feel like we’re next door--that immediate-assistance, high-touch level of client attention dovetails perfectly with the Elite Pacific Properties’ customer service ethos,” said Anton Steenman, President of Elite Pacific Properties.

With over 45,000 followers the Boundless Hawaii Facebook fanbase far out performs any competitor in Hawaii. Their Google and Bing ad campaigns reach over 500,000 potential customers monthly throughout North America and Australia.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
