Resources Real Estate Presents Sales Associates with November Awards

The company meeting took place on Carly YorkDecember 5th at the Resources Real Estate Corporate and Training Center in Shrewsbury, NJ.

Sales Associate Carly York, who works in the Atlantic Highlands office, was named Agent of the Month. This award is given to an agent in recognition of having top sales success in the previous month, including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as past client recognition of their efforts, and other business-building activities.

Sales associate Linda Hughes, who works in the Rumson office, was named Top Listing Agent for The Reserve at Fair Haven, a new project of five traditionally inspired luxury modern homes that will be built in Fair Haven.

Rosemarie DeFonte Grassi The Rainmaker Award was given to sales associate Rosemarie DeFonte Grassi from the Monmouth Beach office. This is an honor bestowed on a sales associate for his or her effort to build their business in an innovative or otherwise significant way. Rosemarie won this month’s award for her international referral for a client selling a property on Italy’s Amalfi Coast.

Allison GregorySales Associate Allison Gregory, from the Red Bank office, won the Perseverance Award, an honor that is presented to an agent who closes a transaction despite great challenges. Allison overcame a long and difficult closing on an unusual estate sale, a co-op property with undisclosed assessments.

The Featured Luxury Agent Award was presented to sales associates Scott and Jeannette Sieh from the Atlantic Highlands office. This recognition is given to a sales associate active in the luxury market with a residential listing or sale above $1 million. Scott and Jeannette represent the buyers in the purchase of the five-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 54 Ocean Blvd in Atlantic Highland, purchased for $1,337,500.

Silvia FerreiraLastly, sales associates Silvia Ferreira, from the Rumson office, received the Team Spirit Award. Nominated by fellow Resources’ agent JoAnn Kulat, Silvia received the award for her continued support of her colleagues. JoAnn described one such occurrence: Silvia “was in midst of Black Friday shopping but took the time to help out a fellow agent in need…this was above and beyond on such short notice and during holiday festivities.”
