In it she discusses different characteristics of the “charmingly chic Seattle, Washington, neighborhood,” Built in 1954 and remodeled in 2017, is 6,040 square feet and overlooks Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountainsand what makes it unique.

“Ms. Powers noted that Lake Washington Boulevard is a landscaped link to most of the parks and greenbelts within the city’s limits. ‘It was designed by the Olmsted Brothers,’ she said, adding that their father, Frederick Law Olmsted, designed New York City’s Central Park and that the plan was to place a park or a playground within a half mile of every house in Seattle.”
