Everyone we met was very positive about Florida. Because of the value of the British pound, they seemed to be focused on the fact that now is a great time to invest.”A Place in the Sun Live is held four times a year, and to date has attracted up to 70,000 annual visitors looking for property investments, second homes, or permanent residences abroad. The London showcase counted almost 20,000 attendees who paid approximately $30 admission to visit the 300 exhibitors. On average, they spend more than $320,000 on homes abroad.“The people we met were very qualified,” Tan commented. “Of those interested in purchasing, 63% would like to do so within the next 12 months. Of those, 43% are looking for investment property. We already have appointments set with those people who had their travel plans in place. International transactions can be complicated, which is why we have put together a team who can advise clients on all of the factors regarding their purchase.
