and its leading real estate professionals dominated the 2008 REALTOR® Roundtable of Excellence Awards Luncheon held Friday, April 25th at the Denver Marriott Tech Center. Presented annually by the Denver Board of REALTORS® (DBR), the Roundtable awards honored members for their outstanding sales production in 2007. The Kentwood Companies captured five of the top 10 individual and team awards, plus stellar awards for overall achievement by the company’s three metro Denver offices.
Edie Marks, a distinguished broker associate at The Kentwood Company in the Denver Tech Center, was recognized as the DBR’s number one producer in total sales volume for 2007. John Burns, also a broker associate in Kentwood’s DTC office, was honored along with his associates as the top-producing team in both sales volume and transactions.Other top individual awards included: Dee Chirafisi, broker associate with Kentwood City Properties, No. 2 in total sales volume and No. 7 in total transactions; Rollie Jordan, broker associate with The Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek, No. 5 in total sales volume; Sandy Weigand, broker associate with The Kentwood Company DTC, No. 8 in total sales volume; and Bob Kelly, broker associate with The Kentwood Company DTC, No. 10 in total sales volume. Jim Nussbaum and his associates from The Kentwood Company DTC, snared the No. 6 award among top-producing teams for 2007. Bruce Dreffer, broker associate with Kentwood City Properties, captured No. 2 honors in total residential projects sales volume and No. 3 recognition in total project transactions.The Kentwood Company DTC was honored with the top award for total sales volume for offices with fewer than 50 agents. Kentwood City Properties in downtown Denver received the No. 3 distinction in total sales volume for offices with less than 50 agents. The Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek captured the No. 3 honor in total sales volume for offices with more than 50 agents.
