Resources Real Estate Presents Sales Associates with the July Awards

SHREWSBURY, NJ - Resources Real Estate presented several sales associates with company awards to honor their outstanding achievements during the month of July 2018. The company meeting took place on August 1st at the Navesink Country Club in Middletown, NJ.
For the second month in a row, Sales Associate Allison Gregory, who works in the Red Bank office, was named Agent of the Month. This award is given to an agent in recognition of having top sales success in the previous month, including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as past client recognition of their efforts, and other business-building activities. Allison also won the Regency Award, given to an agent with an exceptionally high volume of monthly sales.
“Allison regularly goes above and beyond what is expected from her as an agent,” said Carolynn Ozar-Diakon, Senior Partner and Broker. “Her success is impressive, and we couldn’t be more proud.”
Sales associate Colleen McGowan, who works in the Monmouth Beach office, was named Top Listing Agent for having the greatest number of new listings.
The Featured Luxury Agent Award was presented to sales associate Tammy Brindise from the Rumson office. This recognition is given to a sales associate active in the luxury market with a residential listing or sale above $1 million. Tammy, a member of the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate’s Board of Regents, currently represents the five-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 3 Post Rd in Rumson, listed for $2,395,000, as well as several other luxury properties.
Sales Associate Maureen Kaltenbach, from the Atlantic Highlands office, won the Perseverance Award, an honor that is presented to an agent who closes a transaction despite great challenges. Maureen overcame many obstacles to secure two very difficult closings in one month.
The Rainmaker Award was given to sales associate Silvia Ferreira from the Rumson office. This is an honor bestowed on a sales associate for his or her effort to build their business in an innovative or otherwise significant way. Silvia won this month’s award for promoting her business at the Red Bank Street Fair.
Lastly, sales associates Rosemarie DeFonte Grassi from the Monmouth Beach office received the Team Spirit Award for her dedication to helping advise on streamlining new office procedures, as well as supporting the clients of a fellow agent who was out of town.
