A 5.66-acre parcel consisting of three contiguous waterfront lots sold for $1,560,000 to Aquidneck Financial, LLC on August 8, 2018, and a 1.2-acre, water view lot sold to Dr. Robert Borkowski on July 30, 2018 for $465,000. Sakonnet Bluffs, LLC was the Seller of all four properties.
