Town & Country Real Estate logoWESTHAMPTON, NY - "The East End has always been a magical place to me, and I truly enjoy helping my clients find that same magic," says Ursula ‘Ulla’ Beren-Wolff, licensed associate real estate broker at Town & Country Real Estate's Westhampton Beach Office. "Helping them find a house that fits their needs, that they can fall in love with. A house that will be a home."

Before beginning her career in real estate, Ulla, fluent in German, English and French, was a noted attorney. She began her law career as assistant district attorney in her native Vienna, Austria. Ursula Beren-WolffWhen she moved to the United States she knew she was headed to New York City. Finding a creative way to merge her legal background with her passion for the unique world of international jewelry trading, Ulla became a graduate gemologist and worked as assistant general counsel for the Jewelers Vigilance Committee.

"I always pictured myself living in a house on the ocean," Ulla says. "I wanted to raise my children away from the city noise and I wanted to be an active part of my community." These days Ulla is a fixture in the Westhampton area. She lives in East Quogue with her husband and their two sons. And Ulla achieved her dream - she has that house on the water, complete with dock and boat, and volunteers at the Hamptons Youth Athletic League, her kids' school and wildlife rescue missions.

Thanks to her legal background Ulla is "very comfortable with the legal and bureaucratic side of real estate." Having bought in the Hamptons years ago, Ulla recalls what the process was like from the buyer's perspective, "I remember how frustrating it was being shown homes that didn't fit our needs. I use my own personal experience to make sure my clients' experience is as easy and comfortable as possible. I enjoy finding solutions to my clients' concerns, whether it's boating, docking and fishing questions, pool related issues, tick and mosquito problems or questions regarding humidity control close to the waterfront, just to name a few."

Having experienced most of these issues herself, Ulla is eager to share her experiences and help her clients overcome house hunting challenges, so they can focus on the most important thing: living their lives happily in their new home.
