Chase International’s Reno, NV Office Welcomes Three New Agents

Chase International RENO, NV - Chase International recently welcomed Lisa Squire, John Williford and Eric Wuerflein to its Reno, NV office.

Reno resident Lisa Squire recently acquired her real Lisa Squire estate license and is now assisting her clients through Chase International.

From her experience in market and financial analysis, and sales solutions, to her personal insight about the region in which she has called home for over 20 years, Squire offers her clients one of the most well-rounded real estate perspectives in Northern Nevada.

“I love what I do and I love helping others,” said Squire.  “Everyone has different needs, and I strive to help them accomplish their goals.” 

Within her career in the insurance industry, Squire handles the best and worst of life’s circumstances; it is through this experience she learned the importance of listening until all the details are presented, and then finding resolution in the most confidential and respectful manner.

The level of attention that Squire offers her insurance and real estate clients today is a mirror image of the skills she attained throughout her career path and in her personal life as well.  She donates considerable time to local non-profit agencies and encourages her children to participate as well. 

Living a full life, Squire and her family treasure time together enjoying all that the High Sierra has to offer.

John Williford recently joined Chase International’s Reno, NV office as well.

Williford’s ability to remain focused John Williford and forthright has been well refined throughout his career as a manager of investments in multi-family developments and within the casino business as well.

Williford is well respected for his level of dedication where each client feels completely confident that Williford has their best interest in mind.

“Buying and selling homes involves some of the biggest decisions my clients will ever make,” said Williford.  “It is my responsibility to ensure they are comfortably informed throughout the transaction and long after the sale is complete.”

Williford is as dedicated to his clients as he is to his family; the latter of which is his key inspiration for his ability to find the best in everything, everyone and every experience.

Eric Wuerflein is new to the real estate field yet brings a wealth of experience to complement his new career. 

Wuerflein has been rEric Wuerflein esponsible for a vast amount of clients’ investments; be it through his experience in luxury car sales or his involvement with a finance company – both required respect and integrity.

“My focus is to provide the best service and experience that my clients deserve with my final quest to ensure I make a positive impact to their lives when all is said and done,” said Wuerflein.

He’s a consummate professional who brings more than a business background to his real estate clients.  Wuerflein was raised in the Lake Tahoe region which fueled his passion to help others live the life that he respects and treasures every day. 

When his client work is complete, Wuerflein can be found volunteering for local trail and beach clean-up efforts and other local projects; after which time, he heads to the great outdoors to enjoy all that the High Sierra has to offer, year-round.
