Alex Franseen has teamed with the Crews and Jenkins Team and will be serving real estate clients from the Brokerage’s North Forest Beach office in Hilton Head, SC. Most recently from the Northern Virginia/Washington DC area, Alex brings an expansive network of contacts in addition to 25 years of professional services, management consulting and human resources experience to the Crews and Jenkins Team.
Amanda Camp has joined the company as an agent, teaming with long-time real estate professional, Marvin Hall, and will be serving her clients from the Brokerage’s Promenade office in Downtown Bluffton, SC. Amanda, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, and former manager with Walt Disney World and Sun City Association, brings years of professional services and human resources experience to the team. Amanda is passionate about customer service, and her previous career experience has perfected her ability to listen and understand the real estate needs of her clients.
Gail Bromiley comes to Charter One Realty after a successful career with a national real estate brokerage in the Lowcountry. Gail has a decade of experience in the real estate industry, and she has consistently been ranked among the top producing agents in the area. Having lived in the area for over two decades, she has accumulated a comprehensive knowledge base of the area, its many communities and lifestyles. Combining this knowledge with Charter One Realty's state of the art marketing and web tools allows her to provide her clients with a firm foundation for achieving a successful real estate transaction. Gail will be serving real estate clients from the Brokerage’s Oldfield office in Okatie, SC.
Jani Stephenson has joined the company and will be serving real estate clients from the Brokerage’s Oldfield office in Okatie, SC. Jani is a career real estate professional, helping her clients buy and sell homes for the past 20+ years. Working across a diverse range of economic climates, the foundation of Jani's success begins with a full-time work ethic, exceptional customer service with attention to detail, partnered with knowledge and an enthusiastic attitude. This winning combination ensures a positive and successful experience for each of Jani's clients. Prior to joining Charter One Realty, Jani was the Broker-in-Charge of Oldfield Realty where she represented clients in Oldfield and the surrounding communities. Jani is excited to share the valuable knowledge and experience that she has gained in the real estate industry.
Tisha Chafer has joined the company and will be serving real estate clients from the Brokerage’s Promenade office in Downtown Bluffton, SC. Prior to joining Charter One Realty, Tisha had a successful real estate career with an international franchise brokerage in the Lowcountry. She has been involved in all aspects of real estate, starting her career in short-term vacation rentals at Island Getaway Rentals. From there, she transitioned into real estate sales in 2004 where she quickly ranked among the top producing agents in the area. Additionally, Tisha has worked for a national home builder and has expertise and knowledge of the home building process. Tisha has a comprehensive of knowledge the local neighborhoods and an understanding of what to look for when buying or selling real estate on Hilton Head Island and the Mainland.
