Charter One Realty, with over $800 million in sales last year, ranked No.368 in the top 1000 real estate brokerages nationwide, according to the Swanepoel Mega 1000 list, which debuted in May 2018. The Swanepoel Mega 1000 recognizes the top 1,000 out of over 86,000 brokerages nationwide. To qualify for inclusion, a brokerage must have closed at least $275 million in sales volume in 2017. These brokerages have exceeded industry expectations and made an impact on the entire industry.
