Michelle ultimately achieved her goal by facing 100 of her fears in a period of 100 days, uploading each of her experiences to YouTube to share with the world. Her compelling venture became a viral phenomenon, touted by prominent media outlets such as CBS, CNN, Fox News, Elle and the Daily Mail, along with celebrities like Zoey Deschanel and Ashton Kutcher, among others.
The success of 100 Days Without Fear inspired Michelle to challenge others to redefine their own fear, from obstacle to opportunity; and has since been empowering millions to step outside their comfort zone and tap into their full potential through her social movement Hello Fears.
