new Michigan Avenue office located at 980 N. Michigan Avenue in Chicago, IL. Guests at the grand opening event held on April 26th enjoyed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a deejay as they viewed the stunning 21,400 square foot office.

The office features a bright white and gray color palette that lends the space its warm, appealing and comfortable aesthetic. White orchids compliment the décor. Six conference rooms and four quiet rooms are available to meet agents’ needs. The office even has a private terrace, a rare amenity for a commercial building on Michigan Avenue. With landscape design done by Christy Webber Landscapes and furniture by Restoration Hardware, the terrace offers spectacular views and an opportunity for quiet reflection. The firm’s Home Office is just upstairs on the 9th floor.
