CHICAGO - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group and the KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation will hold their annual company-wide Week of Kindness event from June 4th to June 8th. Each of the company’s 23 offices plan and participate in philanthropic activities to benefit their local communities in a variety of ways during the event.
“Week of Kindness is a such a special time for our company and for each of our offices to help amazing causes in their respective areas,” said Nancy Nagy, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group. She continued, “I’m thrilled to see the list of incredible organizations we will be supporting, and I couldn’t be more proud of the upcoming work that is planned.”
Week of Kindness activities planned this year include Share Your Soles Shoe Drives, preparing meals and cookies at Ronald McDonald House, serving meals and setting up bedding at DuPage Pads, 
packing food donations at the Greater Chicago Food Depository and Feed My Starving Children, delivering Meals On Wheels, home maintenance and improvement projects for Little City Foundation group homes, collecting food for the Lakeview Food Pantry, Elmhurst-Yorkville Food Pantry, and Evanston Salvation Army, and stocking shelves at the West Deerfield Township Food Pantry, collecting diapers for Twice as Nice Mother & Child, organizing items at Loved Twice Thrift Boutique and making blankets for the Linus Project.
