Weichert LogoMORRIS PLAINS, NJ - A recent educational seminar hosted by Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. and Weichert Property Management was attended by more than 80 people eager to learn more about investing in real estate and the benefits of hiring a property manager. During the session, the presidents of Weichert Commercial Brokerage and Weichert Property Management, as well as several other commercial real estate experts from Weichert, shared their insights and strategies with participants.

Some of the topics discussed in detail during the seminar included today’s best real estate investment options and the benefits of entering the current market, the often-misunderstood process for determining a fair purchase price, how to uncover properties with hidden potential, the best way to evaluate the cash flow opportunity of an investment property and the must-have services one should expect when hiring a property manager.
