SCOTTSDALE, AZ - The leader in luxury real estate, Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, had a combined total of seven agents that made the 40 Under 40 Awards List presented by the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors and the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors. The seven agents that dominated the list were Chey Castro, Jessica Schaefer, Laura Lucky, Mimi Sadeghi, Nicole Hedges, David Arustamian and Jennifer Wilson.
First honoree, Nicole Hedges, not only has 12 years of real estate experience under her belt but has delivered exceptional service to all her clients leaving them impressed and over the moon with their new luxurious homes. Some of her specialties include interior design and relocation. Hedges has even had her properties featured on FOX 10’s infamous, Cool House segments. Chey Castro is your go-to guy for luxury home sales and marketing. Castro has been with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty for eight years now and is also a part of the Private Client Group. Being described as savvy, genuine and resilient by her clients, Mimi Sadeghi has made a name for herself in the Scottsdale community. Jessica Schaefer is no stranger to the 40 Under 40 award for this is her third consecutive time being awarded in the past three years. Not only does Jessica work to provide unique home-buying experiences for her customers but ensures that she creates lasting and meaningful relationships with them as well. Known for her passion, strategic thinking and creativity, Jessica is a force to be reckoned with. “Being counted among the outstanding 40 Under 40 is a tremendous gift, honor and inspiration to me. Laura Lucky is always ready for a challenge. Having earned her Arizona Real Estate License at the mere age of 18 years old, Laura has real estate running through her veins. On top of providing excellent service for her clients, Laura is also very involved in the community as well. While working at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, Laura has worked very hands on with their sponsored organization V-Corps. David Arustamian was born in Baku, Azerbaijan and before moving to the United States lived in Moscow, which provided him a unique perspective on real-estate in the Valley. It’s no doubt that he topped the 40 Under 40 list due to his exceptional negotiation tactics, attention to detail and successful management skills. David lives by the saying, “How you do anything is how you do everything.”
Our final honoree, Jennifer Wilson, utilizes her charismatic attitude, resilience and high energy to nourish her success. While being a successful realtor in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix and the East Valley, she also manages to give back to the community. Jennifer does so by working with organizations such as The Valley of The Sun, Active 20/30 and even serves on the Board of Directors for a nonprofit organization called Severson Sisters. “I’m very grateful to have received this award and to be a part of such an amazing group of people.”
