DENVER – Beth Davis has joined Kentwood Real Estate DTC as a Broker Associate and partner with Greg Margheim and Kelly Sophinos, one of the top producing real estate teams at Kentwood’s DTC office. Davis is now serving the diverse real estate needs of home buyers and sellers throughout the metro Denver area.
Margheim and Sophinos each have more than 20 years of experience in residential real estate. The duo has helped home buyers and sellers close more than $220 million in real estate transactions and have consistently received recognition from the Denver Board of Realtors’ (now the Denver Metro Association of Realtors) Roundtable of Excellence for their outstanding sales achievements.
Margheim, Sophinos and Davis bring outstanding commitment and dedication to superior customer service and are known for their communication skills and understanding the real estate needs of their clients. They are also known for their exceptional work ethic and tenacity throughout the entire real estate transaction.
Davis is excited about her new position with Kentwood Real Estate and brings an expansive network of contacts to Colorado’s Premier Real Estate Company. Originally from Minnesota, Davis has personal experience with relocation.

Davis boasts over 12 years of experience in sales, including media sales at The Denver Post, and working with local nonprofit advertisers such as the Denver Art Museum, the Colorado Symphony, Denver Botanic Gardens and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Her efforts won her the Sales Achiever of the Year award from The Denver Post.
