Resources Real EstateSHREWSBURY, NJ – Resources Real Estate, the full-service luxury real estate brokerage firm, announced the opening of NJ Real Estate Prep, a program for aspiring real estate professionals to prepare and pass the New Jersey real estate licensing exam. All courses have been approved by the State of New Jersey Real Estate Commission - the inaugural class will begin on April 23, 2018.

NJ Real Esate Prep LogoIn addition to license exam preparation, NJ Real Estate Prep will offer continuing education courses for the CE requirements, as well as broker licensing and on-going sales training classes. The class schedule is designed to offer busy professionals the flexibility they require.

Carolynn Ozar-Diakon“Too often in our day to day business we encounter poorly trained agents, a phenomenon which we find troubling and frustrating,” said Carolynn Ozar-Diakon, Senior Partner/Broker at Resources Real Estate. “We opened NJ Real Estate Prep to raise the quality of agents' knowledge of proper procedures, protocols and legal compliance, and to raise the skills of our market's agents, including elevating our own. Our sales training events will be open to agents from other companies as well.”

Thomas McCormack“We are proud to be offering our agents additional training opportunities and this aligns perfectly with our focus on agent career development for 2018,” said Thomas McCormack, Managing Partner/Broker. “Current real estate professionals will gain knowledge and the ability to further enhance their career. New students will have the ability to have an informed process when deciding if real estate is a good personal career choice.”

“I'm very excited to be working with Carolynn and Tom on creating a new real estate school, as they are fully committed to solid training; not only for their agents, but for our industry as a whole," said Frank Felice, Director of NJ Real Estate Prep. Frank, a licensed Realtor Emeritus and Licensed Provider of Continuing Education, has taught pre-license salesperson and brokers courses for over 25 years. “His exam pass rate is outstanding,” said Carolynn and Tom.

NJ Real Estate Prep classes will operate out of Resources Real Estate’s Corporate headquarters and separate, independent training center located at 457 Broad Street, Shrewsbury. This brand new state-of-the-art facility opened on February 6th, 2018, and features spacious classrooms with 75" flat screen TVs, and online training capabilities.
