DENVER, CO - Kentwood Commercial is pleased to announce that Solveig Tschudi Lawrence has been appointed as a vice president of the company’s newly formed commercial real estate division. Based in Cherry Creek, Colorado, Lawrence joins six other commercial brokers at Denver’s most recently launched commercial real estate brokerage firm.
In her current role, Lawrence will be responsible for helping clients find the most optimal office, retail and flex spaces to match their culture, location preferences and overall needs. She brings over nine years of experience and leadership in commercial real estate, representing corporate clients with a specific focus on aligning real estate needs with business plans and goals.
Prior to joining Kentwood Commercial, Lawrence was the managing director at Howard Ecker + Company Colorado, where she managed the company’s Colorado presence and contributed significantly to the company’s overall business development and growth over the span of nine years.

Lawrence graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on international business and marketing in 2002. She is actively involved with the university in several ways, including as a member of the Daniel Dean’s Society and as a mentor that encourages future business leaders to make a positive impact.
She enjoys skiing, tennis, golf and exploring the beautiful outdoors and mountains of Colorado with her husband and three young children.
