A veteran top-producing agent, Ms. Holdreith was previously the Assistant Sales Manager in Manhasset. She is filling the position vacated by Deirdre O’Connell, who was named Chief Executive Officer of the organization last month by President and Chairman Patricia J. Petersen.

A Manhasset resident, Annie Holdreith came to Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty with the 2007 acquisition of Deirdre O’Connell Realty, where she had been a leading agent in its Manhasset office. Ms. Holdreith has been a member of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s prestigious Gold Circle of Excellence since 2012 and was named co-assistant sales manager of the Manhasset office in 2013. Her experience in advertising—she was a creative director for a boutique branding agency as well as a marketing director and director of business development for a large magazine publisher—informs her real estate marketing expertise.

At Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, Ms. Holdreith has been instrumental in its Business Development and New Agent Training programs, updating curriculum, reorganizing content and mentoring. She is also a valued resource for digital marketing and technology.
