Carolynn Ozar-Diakon founded Resources Real Estate in 1999 after many successful years as a residential agent. Born and educated in England, Carolynn traveled extensively, forged and maintained relationships with contacts throughout Europe and has provided second-to-none assistance to families moving into the country from overseas. Carolynn sits on the Board of Trustees for several Monmouth County charities, including the Monmouth County Historical Association, as she strongly believes in the importance of preserving the beauty of her community. A resident of Monmouth County since 1999, Thomas McCormack moved to New Jersey from NYC and started working at Resources Real Estate in 2002. He joined Carolynn Ozar-Diakon as a Managing Partner in 2010. Tom built his business by providing his clients with top-of-the-line service, ongoing communication and superior market knowledge. With a background in television and event production, Tom’s experience includes marketing, content creation, production, negotiation and detailed organization. Tom has received numerous awards including New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award for ten years running as well as the association’s Distinguished Service Award.
