ATLANTA, GA - Beacham & Company, Realtors, set all-time sales records for the 11th consecutive year in 2017 and continued to set the pace among Atlanta offices for production per agent and sales of luxury properties of $1 million or more.
Closed dollar volume reached nearly $600 million in 2017 – the firm’s highest market ever – along with setting monthly sales records six times in 2017. The firm was paced by enormous gains in spring and fall sales when most luxury property is transacted.
Nearly half of all Beacham sales closed for more than $1 million and the firm continued to lead all other Atlanta real estate offices in dollar volume of single family detached listings sold.
Not surprisingly, the firm’s agents sold more per agent than any firm in Atlanta for the 11th consecutive year. In fact, Beacham agents sold nearly 25% more real estate by dollar volume than the agents at the next closest firm in Atlanta.
