Resources Real Estate Presents Sales Associates with December Awards

1516122908RUMSON, NJ - Resources Real Estate presented several sales associates with company awards to honor their outstanding achievements during the month of December 2017. The company meeting took place on January 3rd at the Navesink Country Club in Rumson.

Gina FarkouhSales Associate Gina Farkouh, who works in the Rumson office, was named Agent of the Month. This award is given to an agent in recognition of his or her sales success in the previous month, including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as past client recognition of their efforts, and other business-building activities. Gina’s total business for the month of December was $2,696,000, including $2,245,500 in sales closings and $449,500 in properties under contract. Gina was bestowed with a second honor – the Commercial Agent Award – for selling the two-story, 5,460 square-foot building at 162 State Route 35, Eatontown, for $1,125,000. A member of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate’s Board of Regents, Gina received one final award - the company’s Regency Award - for having earned 62 agent points for the month of December.

Jeanette Sieh from the Atlantic Highlands office received the Perseverance Award. This award is presented to an agent who closes a transaction despite great challenges. Nominated for this honor by Atlantic Highlands office manager Mary Lynn Hughes, Jeanette successfully managed to bring a sale to completion after the first offer fell through. With Jeanette’s dedicated support, the property got into a bidding war and received a winning offer.

1516124730Jo Ann Davenport, from the Red Bank office, was named Featured Luxury Agent. This is an award given to a sales associate active in the luxury market with a residential listing above $1 million. Jo Ann represents the beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 395 Ely Avenue Road in Freehold, listed for $1,300,000. This property, along with the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 62 Memorial Pkwy in Atlantic Highlands, listed for $319,000, won Jo Ann the Top Listing Agent award as well.
