The fourth-most-watched show in Denmark comes to Sarasota, Fla. to film their show at a multi-million dollar home near St. Armands Circle.TAMPA, Fla. – (March 13, 2008) – The host of Hammerslag, the fourth-most-watched show in Denmark visited the home in Sarasota and it was chosen over the many other luxury homes that are for sale in Sarasota. The show will feature the home located on John Ringling Parkway and will air March 20th at 8 p.m.The featured luxury home is located in Lido Shores in Sarasota near St. Armands Circle on deep water. Two teams of Denmark Realtors were to there to view the home and guess the price of the luxury home with no prior knowledge of the market or location. One team guessed the current list price of the home and the other team priced it higher. It is expected to bring attention to the Florida real estate market, climate, lifestyle and what their currency will buy. Beautiful St. Armands Cricle was also featured in the show.The Danish Broadcasting Corporation, Denmark Radio started in 1951 and was for many years the only TV station in Denmark. It is state owned and has two channels. The show Hammerslag has been the longest running show for 17 years. Four years ago Peter Ingemann took over as the host of the program and he is the most popular TV figure in Denmark. The show is viewed all over Scandinavia with 80% of the total viewing population in Denmark tuning in – an unheard of popularity.
