Andi Leahey of Kentwood City Properties Represents Buyer on Purchase of Highest Priced Home in Denver for October

15111992201511199387DENVER, CO – Andi Leahey, an accomplished Broker Associate with Kentwood City Properties, recently represented the buyer on the purchase of the highest priced residential property in Denver for October. A stunning home at 32 Polo Club Circle was listed for $5.4 million and sold for $5.275 million. The residence was also the highest priced home sale in Denver for the second time in 14 months.

“It was very rewarding to be involved with this special property for the third time as either the listing agent or selling broker,” said Leahey. “I listed the Polo Club home and sold it in 2012, sold it off the market in 2013 in a double-end transaction, and now helped with the sale of the property this October as the buyer representative. I believe this might be fairly unique in real estate circles, and I’m pleased I could assist buyers or sellers on three different occasions.”

The Polo Club home has undergone a complete renovation with a gorgeous, open interior featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and designer touches throughout. The gourmet kitchen showcases the latest culinary advancements and marble countertops. The property also includes a state-of-the-art sound and video system. Nestled on a full acre homesite, the extensive landscaping surrounds the home and creates an ideal outdoor entertaining or relaxing experience. The residence includes four bedrooms, six baths and 9,330 square feet of living space.

Leahey is known for her knowledge and expertise in all segments of the real estate business. Whether selling a mansion or assisting first-time buyers and investors, she treats each transaction with great attention to detail while providing superior customer service. Leahey has garnered prestigious production awards from the Denver Board of Realtors (now the Denver Metro Association of Realtors) and is active with many civic and charitable organizations.
