Avalon Partners Represent Sale of $9.25 Million Manhattan Apartment

1509462705NEW YORK, NY - Luciano Pavarotti's apartment at The Hampshire House, 150 Central Park South, was quietly sold last week by Avalon Partners, a boutique luxury real estate brokerage firm. The expansive two-bedroom home had direct, unobstructed and sweeping north, west and east views of Central Park from the 23rd floor. The apartment was purchased by the first buyer to view it just shy of the asking price of $9.25 million.
