Thompson represented the buyer and seller in the transaction of 64 Canyon Creek, which resulted in a quick close after having multiple offers on the property. Currently, Thompson is the number one agent in Shady Canyon with over $526 million sold to date in the community with over $1 billion in total sales.

64 Canyon Creek, also known as Casa California, was featured as the 2009 Philharmonic House of Design put on by the Philharmonic Orchestra creating an exclusive combination of design and music. Each year a home is chosen to undergo a design transformation by teams of design volunteers who combine their creative skills to produce a beautifully composed masterpiece for people to experience. This event is the key fundraising effort put on by the Philharmonic Orchestra with all proceeds "going to provide the Philharmonic Society's world-class music education experiences free-of-charge to 160,000 K–12 students in Orange County each year."
