Held at the Wynn Las Vegas, the event featured two general sessions, with Keynote speaker, Martha Stewart, discussing the journey of creating a global lifestyle brand. Several leadership members and brokers from LIV Sotheby’s International Realty were asked to participate in panels and discussions throughout the event.

LIV SIR’s Denver Tech Center VP managing broker, Ryan Secrist, led a breakout session titled Building and Fostering Culture, a powerful seminar offered to Sotheby’s International Realty Owners and Management on the importance of growing an excellent company culture.

“It was a privilege to address our SIR colleagues from around the world on what makes LIV Sotheby’s International Realty so distinctive and cutting edge in our marketplace,” said Secrist. “We have a culture and model that are unmatched in our area and hope that our story inspired others in some small way.”

Additionally, from LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s Vail office, top producer David McHugh mediated a panel titled Video Marketing: The Secrets of Success, where he highlighted the importance of video reaching people on an emotional level.

“It is important for a prospective buyer who is viewing property video in Shanghai, London or Madrid, to be able to visualize where a property is located and the lifestyle that it will inspire,” said McHugh. “Embracing a powerful video strategy is how Sotheby’s International Realty be the dominant player in the luxury segment by 2020.”
