Chase Helps Bring in Record Haul for Tuna Food Drive

1507935321RENO, NV - The Food Bank of Northern Nevada received nearly 19,944 cans of tuna during last month’s Run on Tuna event with the help of Chase International Real Estate. Chase partners with the food bank for this annual drive, which since 2011 has brought in more than 82,000 cans of tuna.

1507935354The food bank serves over 95,000 people each month. Jocelyn Lantrip, marketing director for the organization, emphasizes that the tuna from the drive is invaluable, providing essential protein for families in need.

Chase International “caught” 10,168 cans. Agents and staff, along with Chase’s business partners, lenders and title companies nearly doubled their haul from last year, propelling the Run on Tuna to record success.

“We would not be able to reach the number of cans collected without the help of Michelle Sturge and Chase International. Michelle’s efforts have earned her the title of Tuna Princess,” De De Rosene, said founder of Run on Tuna.
